Introduce a "fatigue" status to the units or a "chasing" boost in movement for chasing down running people. You can bully an army with a cavalry just running away. Use fog, or make them just appear when you step somewhere so I just dont wait until they come to keep advancing. IA flanks are worthless, even in the forest mission where you are supposed to be "surrounded" by wolves, you can see them coming from the start. Maybe doing enemy groups, so if one is pulled the rest act as well can fix this. I also found luring the enemies quite easy, if i shot a unit, it will come to me alone. Nobody uses them cause they cant move and attack and have less range than mages. (You get access to them early in the game and you can just sit there killing enemies). Maybe adding a % chance of freezing and not 100% chance. Humans mages habilite should be nerfed, or reworked. Campaing missions should have a turn limit, or at least, a challenge, so people would be encouraged to act proactively. There are some sugestiones to avoid making the game slow and boring: I know that most of us play to win and therefore, we often lay back and wait the enemy to rush on us before attacking. After playing for some weeks I realized that this games "mechanics" is very easy explotable an it can make the game boring.
